These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Coturnix One, operated by Rocky Acres Farm. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Coturnix One, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify Rocky Acres Farm promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Coturnix One Service
Coturnix One provides recordkeeping, organizational, calculation, and NFC Smart Tag tools for Coturnix quail keepers. Features may include cages, egg production, hatches, incubators, brooders, bird weights, finances, analytics, reminders, projections, and related notes. Features may change as the service is improved.

Subscriptions and Billing
Coturnix One offers automatically renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Unless canceled, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price and for the same billing period, subject to the store's terms and any notice required by law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Coturnix One app or your Coturnix One account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store to prevent future renewal charges. Refund requests are handled under Apple or Google policies and applicable law.

Acceptable Use
You may use Coturnix One only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, misuse NFC functionality, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, use the service to violate another person's rights, or resell access without written permission.

Your Records
You retain responsibility for the records and notes you enter. You grant Rocky Acres Farm and its service providers permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Coturnix One and comply with law. You are responsible for maintaining any independent records required for business, tax, animal-health, regulatory, or other purposes.

No Veterinary or Professional Advice
Coturnix One is a recordkeeping and organizational tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Calculations, hatch dates, age estimates, reminders, projections, and analytics are informational estimates and may be affected by incomplete or inaccurate entries. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Smart Tags and Device Compatibility
NFC scanning and tag writing depend on compatible devices, operating-system permissions, tag condition, and supported NFC hardware. Rocky Acres Farm does not guarantee that every device or third-party NFC tag will work with every Coturnix One feature. Do not rely on an NFC tag as the sole copy of important records.

Availability and Changes
We work to keep Coturnix One available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms and will provide notice when required.

Intellectual Property
Coturnix One, Smart Barn Technology, the Coturnix One name and design, software, graphics, documentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to Rocky Acres Farm and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the app during an active entitlement.

Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using Coturnix One and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Account deletion is subject to the Privacy Policy and does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coturnix One is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Rocky Acres Farm disclaims warranties not expressly required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocky Acres Farm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost production, animal losses, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use Coturnix One. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
