Rocky Acres Farm operates Coturnix One, a mobile application that helps users manage Coturnix quail records, including cages, egg production, hatches, brooders, bird weights, financial records, notes, and Smart Tag connections. This Privacy Policy explains the information Coturnix One collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect
Account information
When you create a Coturnix One account, we collect your email address, a unique account identifier, authentication information needed to secure your account, and records associated with your account. Passwords are processed through the authentication service and are not visible to Rocky Acres Farm in readable form.

Farm and app records
We collect information you choose to enter into Coturnix One. This may include cage names or numbers, color variations, hen and rooster counts, egg counts, damaged eggs, hatch and incubator records, brooder records, bird weights, financial transaction records, notes, dates, and other farm-management information.

Smart Tag information
If you use Coturnix One Smart Barn features, the app may read or write NFC tag identifiers and associate those identifiers with a cage, incubator, or brooder in your account. Coturnix One does not use NFC tags to track your location.

Technical and security information
Coturnix One and its service provider may process limited technical information needed to provide and protect the service, such as device and browser information, IP address, authentication events, timestamps, error information, and database access records. Coturnix One does not use this information for third-party advertising.

How We Use Information
• Create and secure your account.
• Store, display, update, and synchronize the farm records you enter.
• Provide Smart Barn and NFC tag functionality.
• Calculate and display trends, totals, reminders, projections, and other app features.
• Process and manage subscription access through Apple or Google.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Protect Coturnix One, its users, and Rocky Acres Farm from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Service Providers and Sharing
Coturnix One uses Supabase to provide authentication, database storage, and related backend services. Supabase processes information on behalf of Rocky Acres Farm to operate and secure Coturnix One. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Rocky Acres Farm does not receive your full payment-card number from those stores.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law or legal process, investigate abuse or security incidents, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Data Retention
We retain account information and user-entered records while your account remains active and as needed to provide Coturnix One. When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated app records from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to limited retention for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup-cycle completion. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion or overwrite.

Your Choices and Rights
• Access and update records through the app.
• Correct inaccurate account information by contacting support.
• Delete individual records using available app controls.
• Initiate account deletion from within Coturnix One.
• Request account and data deletion through the public deletion page.
• Cancel a subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Contact Rocky Acres Farm to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Data Security
Rocky Acres Farm uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
Coturnix One is not directed to children under 13 and Rocky Acres Farm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

International Use
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. By using Coturnix One, you understand that information may be processed outside your state, province, or country, subject to applicable protections.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Coturnix One changes. The revised policy will show a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide notice when required.
